FAQ
Everything you'd
want to ask.
Minimums, pricing, specs, timing and samples — the questions clubs, committees and teams ask most before placing a run.
Ordering & minimums
What's the minimum order?
Our minimum is 10 pieces per style. Tiers apply per style, so in a mixed order each item is counted on its own — for example 14 polos and 10 hoodies. We're happy to do small committee runs as well as full cohort and business orders.
Can you do small committee-only runs?
Yes. Committee sets are completely fine from 10 pieces per style. Smaller runs sit at a slightly higher per-unit price because the setup spreads over fewer pieces, but they still come in well under a local printer for the same quality.
Do you only work with uni clubs?
No. We make for university clubs and societies, sports teams, committees and events — as well as cafes, gyms, startups and other Perth businesses.
How do I place an order?
Send your product, quantity, colours and rough deadline through the quote form or text us. We come back with an indicative quote within 24 hours, then confirm a sample or artwork before production.
Pricing & payment
How much do custom hoodies cost in Perth?
Pricing is per unit, delivered, with standard embroidery or print included. Heavyweight custom hoodies are from $43.50 each at 50+, with small-batch tiers for committee-size runs. Polos and tees are lower. Ask for a quote and we reply within 24 hours.
Why is your pricing cheaper than local printers?
We work directly with our own manufacturing facility, so there's no middleman markup. You get factory-direct pricing without dropping fabric weight or finish.
Are there hidden costs like setup or shipping?
No. We quote all-in and delivered to Perth, so the per-unit price you see is the price you pay. Standard embroidery or print is included; only unusually heavy designs, premium fabrics or extra placements may add cost, and we always flag that upfront.
Products & customisation
What can you make?
Hoodies, polos, t-shirts and quarter-zips as standard, plus long-sleeve tees, tote bags and custom caps.
What are the garment specs?
Built heavyweight, with a lighter tee option on request:
What can you customise?
Products, colours, fabric weights, embroidery, screen print and placement. Everything is built around your logo and brand.
What do you need from me to start a design?
Your logo or artwork — vector files like AI, EPS, PDF or SVG are best, but we can work from a high-res PNG — plus your colours and where you'd like the branding placed. We'll mock it up before anything goes to production.
Can you match a specific garment or colour we already have?
Usually yes. As a custom job-order factory we can build to a particular cut, weight or finish, and colour-match where possible. Send a reference and we'll confirm.
Timing & delivery
How long does it take?
Around 3–4 weeks from approved design and sizing. That covers materials, production and delivery to Perth.
Can you do rush orders?
Limited rush capacity is sometimes available case-by-case — let us know your date when you enquire and we'll tell you what's possible. Otherwise, plan around the 3–4 week window.
Do you deliver across Perth?
Yes — delivery across the Perth metro area is included in your quoted price. Outside metro Perth, just ask and we'll arrange shipping.
Quality & samples
Can I see a sample first?
Yes. We bring real garments from past orders so your committee or team can feel the fabric and finish in person, and we offer a free pre-production sample for eligible bulk orders.
How do I know the quality is good?
We've produced full runs for clubs like Enactus UWA, and we're happy to be a reference. You can see real finished orders on our Finished Work page and feel a sample before you commit.
